A meeting of Executive Committee of Newa Guthi, Inc. was held online on Zoom on Wednesday, 10/25/2023 at 9 pm.

The President called the meeting to determine eligibility of the member to vote on Annual General Meeting as authorized pursuant to Bylaws of Newa Guthi Article IV Section 1.
Upon motion duly made seconded and unanimously approved.
It was resolved that valid members of Newa Guthi prior to 11/14/2023 are eligible to cast their vote at the Annual General Meeting. Those members who are new or renewed after 11/15/2023 are NOT eligible to cast their votes but may be eligible for the next upcoming Annual General Meeting.
There being no further business to come before the meeting, upon motion duly made seconded and unanimously adopted, the meeting was adjourned.
